We are set on finding an experienced BR Portuguese-speaking Senior Partner Manager to join our team on-site in Malta!

The Senior Partner Manager BR Portuguese-speaking is the main point of contact of a portfolio of Br Portuguese-speaking partners. Using excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, and industry and technology experience, the Senior Partner Manager works side by side with each partner, to plan and action short and long-term CRM strategies. The Senior Partner Manager's purpose is to inspire our partners to achieve more through our platform than they ever thought possible, building long-term, mutually valuable partnerships.


The primary goal of the Senior Partner Manager is to make our product an invaluable tool in the partner’s daily operations. This is required to achieve and maintain a world-class, +80 NPS approval rating, by delivering the best relationship and commercial service in the industry.


Your responsibilities as a Senior Partner Manager at Fast Track would include:

Routine Use and Satisfaction:  

  • Assume ownership of your portfolio of relationships with our partners. 

  • Continuously monitoring and managing their overall health status

  • Act as the main point of contact to your portfolio of partners 

  • Proactively support our partners to achieve success through platform adoption

  • Identify opportunities where other products offered by Fast Track can be added to create additional value

  • Manage and maintain a holistic overview of all partners

  • Identify and raise potential relationship issues which may lead to churn

  • Manage the contract renewal cycle


Support and Problem Resolution: 

  • Provide swift and efficient solutions to any user issues. 

  • Support and guide our partners in launching their operational strategies and maintain clear and relevant communication with our partners at all times


Feedback and Continuous Improvement

  • Actively evolve the product based on our partners needs and feedback. 

  • Routinely gathering feedback from our partner to drive product improvements 

  • Identify and anticipate our partner's needs and priorities, facilitate the creation and delivery of shared goals.


Advocacy and Peer Validation: 

  • Transform satisfied partners into promoters.

 

Strategic Leadership and Team Collaboration: 

  • Share knowledge, support and mentor team members to achieve collective excellence.

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the Partner Management Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Partner Success. This includes contributing in development of departmental strategies, analysing partner and team needs and providing data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with other departments to contribute to the overall business strategy.

  • Exhibits a passion for one or multiple areas of the role and takes initiative in addressing questions within this sector and acts as the Champion.

  • Lead and facilitate partner workshops, providing consistent support to colleagues to ensure their success in these workshops.

  • Lead escalated situations, even those beyond your own portfolio, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Job requirements

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining partner relationships

  • Fluent in English and BR Portuguese in both spoken and written forms

  • Solid knowledge of the Technology and SaaS markets

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by phone, in person or in writing with various customers and management levels

  • Bilingual in additional languages would be an advantage.

  • Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems

  • Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Experience in customer relationships with the confidence and presence to successfully facilitate discussions and advise customers

  • Tech-savvy - you have the necessary technical skill and experience needed to perform the role. You are well-informed about modern technology, have a curiosity and understanding to stay agile, and are open to new technological and disruptive developments and advancements

  • Strong iGaming industry experience, preferably at B2B and B2C

  • Experience in CRM strategy and execution within the iGaming industry
