Job description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter passionate about working in Tech and Non-Tech roles to join our team onsite in Malta!

As a Recruiter, working in the broader People and Culture team, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to execute the strategy and hiring needs of the business and deliver best-in-class recruitment services to all Fast Track entities in all geographical markets. 

You are responsible for managing the whole recruitment process from the very first contact to onboarding. This involves sourcing, attracting, negotiating job offers and hiring candidates, attending networking events, writing competency and cultural match evaluations, developing employer branding initiatives, conducting market research and other recruitment-related activities that support the long-term, sustainable and successful growth of Fast Track.  


Beyond these tasks, you'll play a pivotal role in developing employer branding and supporting DEIB initiatives and conducting market research, all of which are integral to the sustainable and successful growth of Fast Track.

Your responsibilities as a Recruiter at Fast Track would include:


Sourcing and Candidate Management

  • Proactively source and engage technical and non-technical candidates using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

  • Screen CVs and conduct phone and video interviews, producing structured and high-quality candidate evaluations.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or business-critical roles.

  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience.


Hiring Manager and Business Partnership

  • Support Hiring Managers in defining role requirements, advising on sourcing approaches, market realities, and interview structure.

  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to collect and present external salary benchmarking data to inform hiring decisions.

  • Contribute to recruitment discussions with business leaders by providing data-driven insights and role-specific updates.


Employer Branding and Market Presence

  • Assist in writing, proofreading, and publishing job descriptions across relevant platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

  • Participate in hiring initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing candidate experience and external brand visibility.

  • Act as an internal and external advocate for hiring at Fast Track, both online and offline.


Collaboration and Operational Support

  • Support onboarding initiatives and broader People and Culture activities when required, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows, tools, and practices.

Job requirements

  • Have proven  experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role within internal or external capacity, working in either the Tech or the iGaming industry

  • Experience using candidate attraction strategies and tools such as headhunting using LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.

  • Solid understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.

  • Experience writing and publishing engaging job descriptions/adverts to be published on websites, international job boards and for internal use.

  • Experience working with HR platforms, ATSs (we’re using Recruitee) and other recruitment tools.

  • Solid understanding of the talent market and landscape on an international scale.

  • Enjoys creating a perfect match between candidate, role and company.

  • Highly organised, data-driven, attention-to-detail, personable and quality-driven.

  • Excellent communicator in English: clear, concise and engaging (written and verbal).

  • Positive and proactive team player.

  • Have a genuine interest in learning and finding ways to improve systems and processes

  • Tech-Driven: You are comfortable operating in an AI-first environment and curious about how Gen/Agentic AI, automation, and emerging tools can improve recruitment operations. You stay current with digital trends and are energised by continuous change.
