We are expanding our Product team with a Producer based onsite in our office in Barcelona!

This role is driving our product teams forward ensuring they have everything they need in order to deliver. From maintaining our road map in collaboration with our management team and other stakeholders, to facilitating the agile ceremonies the teams require in order to get the best from them.


As a Producer, you are the go to person for the organisation to get an understanding of what is going to be released in our next version and when, grooming the product backlog and ensuring each element has the appropriate supporting documentation, removing ambiguity from the delivery team.


You are the expert in agile methodologies and how to apply them based on the needs of the product and the people you work with, while always striving for better ways to unlock further potential.


Main Responsibilities


Collaborate With Design And Engineering Teams To Define And Improve Our Product

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. CEO, CTO, other Producers, Tech Leads etc.) to manage requirements, development, and maintenance of technical initiatives.

  • Liaise with internal (e.g. Partner Managers and external stakeholders e.g. Partners) in establishing and workshopping future requirements.

  • Establish buy-in of proposed improvements from key product stakeholders.

Own the Product Backlog And Prioritise The Roadmap

  • Take ownership of the platform and relevant workstream product backlog, grooming and prioritising according to the business’ and our partner’s needs.

  • Ensure prioritised improvements have the appropriate level of supporting documentation and design input.

  • Guide and support product designers by providing clear feedback and creating opportunities for learning and growth

Optimise Team Engagement And Efficiency

  • Identify and communicate all roadblocks or bottlenecks that may prevent the team from delivering.

  • Run the relevant ceremonies to empower our teams to maximise their delivery potential, maintaining or improving their velocity.

  • Provide support to our other teams where identified improvements can be made to the delivery processes.                                  

Ensure Scalable Growth and Effective Execution

  • Work closely with leadership teams to identify the needs of a growing business and the increasing demand on our development, design, and release management teams.

  • Provide data to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverable requirements are realistic and achievable.

  • Conduct the necessary scoping and pre-dev sessions as well as any other related partner workshops.

Job requirements

  • Solid experience in a senior B2B or B2C product ownership position (Product Lead, Product Manager, Project Manager).
  • Strong background and experience in facilitation and leadership within a scrum organization.

  • Track record of successful project planning execution driving the timely delivery of quality projects.

  • Skilled communicator, with experience in conveying complex concepts using the appropriate tools to C-level and internal teams as well as external stakeholders.

  • Expert in agile methodologies and the application of processes based on the team requirements.

  • Team player, bringing energy and positivity to our awesome team!

  • Ability and interest to grow and develop teams and individuals.

  • Approachable and situational leader.

  • Analytical problem solver, designing solutions using supporting data.

  • Creative thinker, accepting that there are many ways to solve any one problem.

  • Strong documentation skills, ensuring features entering our sprints are fully explored prior to estimation of effort.

  • Ability to deal with multiple conflicting priorities (ProjMgt vs ProdMgt).

  • Adaptability and being able to deal with and translate change into positive outcomes for the teams.

  • Pragmatic approach to conflict resolution and prioritization.

  • Strong experience of the Atlassian inventory and other relevant tools such as ClickUp.
