Job description

We are looking to hire a Partner Manager to expand our dynamic Greco success team in Malta!

Greco Technologies quantifies the value and behavioural risk of players in the online casino industry. We allow online casino operators to make decisions on players at the earliest opportunity to improve operational and marketing efficiency, whilst providing an opportunity to improve user experience.

As an integral representative of Greco with partners, the Partner Manager role plays a vital role in the company. The Partner Manager uses exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to gain a deep understanding of each partner’s unique requirements. The Partner Manager's purpose is to inspire our partners to achieve more through our platform than they ever thought possible, building long-term, mutually valuable partnerships.



Core functions of the role:

  • Relationships Building - Developing meaningful connections through effective communication, listening for feedback, and providing support and tailored training. It's about understanding partner needs and fostering trust and loyalty, ensuring partners feel valued and understood.

  • Technological Empowerment and Optimisation - Enabling partners and end users to maximise product use, through comprehensive training and data-driven product analysis and optimisation. This function leverages technology to drive growth, efficiency, and full utilisation of the product's capabilities.

  • Strategic Alignment and Mutual Growth - Connects relationship building and technology with the company's broader goals, ensuring partner objectives align with the company's vision for shared success. It involves strategic planning for sustainable, beneficial partnerships that support shared success and market strength.


Your responsibilities as a Partner Manager for Greco would include:

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with partners through regular communication

  • Actively listen to and gather feedback from partners to understand their needs and challenges

  • Provide timely support to resolve partner issues and enhance their experience with the product

  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to partners, ensuring they are equipped to use the product effectively

  • Foster trust and loyalty among partners, reinforcing their value to the company

  • Conduct comprehensive training for end users to maximise their understanding and use of the product

  • Advise partners on best practices and platform features designed to prevent, detect, and respond to bonus abuse, ensuring effective risk mitigation.

  • Collaborate with partners to understand bonus abuse trends within their systems and help configure platform settings that align with their risk management strategies.

  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimise the product based on partner feedback and usage analysis

  • Align partner objectives with company goals, contributing to building a  roadmap for mutual growth and success

  • Encourage and support the development of partners and end users into advocates for the product, leveraging their feedback and success stories

  • Travelling to attend relevant trade shows

  • Attending client offices for meetings and training when appropriate

Job requirements

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining partner relationships

  • Experience with the iGaming industry, ideally B2B or operator side

  • Have a strong understanding of bonus abuse, or Industry Experience in CRM or Risk Management 

  • Must be fluent in both verbal and written English, and other languages will be an additional benefit

  • Tech-savvy - you have the necessary technical skills and experience needed to perform the role. You are well-informed about modern technology, have a curiosity and understanding to stay agile, and are open to new technological and disruptive developments and advancements

  • Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems

  • Demonstrate high levels of accuracy with excellent time management and organisational skills
