As an Integration Specialist at Fast Track, you will be focused on delivering:
Partner Integration Support
Act as the main point of contact for all integration-related technical requests from onboarding or existing partners.
Ensure timely support and delivery of integration tasks that allow partners to grow their business with Fast Track.
Maintain oversight of all inbound requests, manage timelines and expectations, and follow through to ensure successful implementation.
Help drive continued adoption of the platform by supporting technical enhancements or changes required by live brands.
Technical Scoping and Feasibility
Accurately scope incoming requests by understanding the technical and functional aspects of the Fast Track platform.
Collaborate with the Integration Manager, Product and Engineering teams to validate that proposed solutions align with existing capabilities and roadmaps.
Provide internal stakeholders with realistic timelines and updates based on project scope and dependencies.
Execute integration-related tasks (event testing, segmentation validation, platform configuration) with accuracy and consistency.
Work with internal environments to simulate partner behaviours, conduct API testing (e.g. via Postman), and validate expected outcomes.
Support resolution of partner-facing technical issues by diagnosing errors and identifying potential root causes before escalating.
Knowledge Management and Documentation
Contribute to and maintain up-to-date documentation related to new or updated integrations.
Ensure the internal knowledge base is accurate, complete, and easy to navigate, enabling scalable support and quicker issue resolution.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Partner Managers and Integration Managers to ensure the successful delivery of integration projects.
Partner with the Sales team to support timely brand onboarding & expansions and ensure operational readiness for go-lives.
Ensure all departments are aligned when it comes to delivery expectations and technical feasibility.
Job requirements
Experience in a technical role involving integrations, systems architecture, or implementation within a SaaS, CRM, or iGaming environment.
Hands-on experience with API testing and integration tools such as Postman, including the ability to troubleshoot and optimise API workflows.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, with practical exposure to AWS and containerised environments like Kubernetes.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, understand, and optimise queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or integrations with competing deadlines, while maintaining strong attention to detail and structure.
Demonstrated ability to identify technical issues, evaluate trade-offs, and develop scalable, efficient solutions under tight time constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
Self-starter mindset with a resourceful, problem-solving approach and the ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth environment.
