Fast Track is positioning itself as the premium choice in iGaming CRM, and every touchpoint needs to reinforce that perception. This role is about making sure we show up differently than competitors - through event experiences that feel special, partner hospitality that builds loyalty, and all the details that make people say "that was so Fast Track." The Head of Brand Experience will have the creative freedom to innovate whilst working within commercial constraints. This person needs to balance big creative thinking with practical execution, understand B2B relationships, and genuinely care about the details that create memorable experiences.
Your responsibilities as a Head of Brand Experience at Fast Track would include:
Experience Strategy and Design
Develop and execute brand experience strategy aligned with Fast Track's premium positioning
Create innovative concepts for events, partner hospitality, and engagement programmes
Ensure all partner touchpoints reflect Fast Track's brand values and market position
Design experiences that differentiate Fast Track from competitors
Event Experience Ownership
Own end-to-end experience design for major events (trade shows, conferences, partner dinners)
Work with Events Operations team to translate concepts into executable plans
Ensure events deliver memorable experiences that drive brand perception
Create activation ideas that engage prospects and partners meaningfully
Partner Relationship Cultivation
Design and execute partner hospitality programmes that build loyalty
Create gifting strategies that feel personal and premium, not generic
Develop partner engagement programmes beyond transactional interactions
Ensure partner experience reflects their value to Fast Track
Vendor and Partner Relationships
Build relationships with premium venues, hotels, and experience providers
Negotiate partnerships that elevate Fast Track's experiences
Manage vendor relationships for consistent quality delivery
Scout new opportunities for innovative partner experiences
Team Leadership
Lead and develop Partner Marketing Manager and Coordinator
Provide clear direction and creative guidance
Build team capability in experience design and execution
Foster culture of innovation and excellence
Participate in recruitment for marketing roles requiring brand and experience expertise
Collaborate with Marketing Director and CMO on building high-performing marketing team
Team Collaboration
Partner closely with Head of Events Operations on translating creative concepts into operational execution
Collaborate with Head of PR & Digital Marketing on brand consistency across all communications and digital touchpoints
Work with Marketing Director on budget planning, resource allocation, and strategic priorities
Support Partner Marketing Manager in coordinating with Commercial team on partner activation strategies
Coordinate with Creative Director (Jonas) and designers on visual execution of experiences
Participate in marketing leadership meetings to align on cross-functional initiatives and shared objectives
Brand Standards
Establish brand experience guidelines and standards
Ensure consistency across all partner touchpoints
Review all partner-facing materials for brand alignment
Maintain quality control on experience delivery
Budget Management
Manage experience budget efficiently whilst maintaining quality
Make strategic decisions on where to invest for maximum impact
Find creative solutions within commercial constraints
Report on ROI of brand experience investments
Job requirements
5+ years experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, or premium hospitality
Portfolio demonstrating creative experience design with strong execution
Proven ability to create differentiated, memorable experiences
Strong project management skills - can bring concepts to life operationally
Experience working with B2B audiences and understanding relationship dynamics
Budget management experience with ability to work within constraints
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative thinking balanced with commercial pragmatism
Strong attention to detail without losing strategic perspective
Nice-to-haves:
iGaming, gaming, or entertainment industry experience
Agency background in experiential marketing or brand activation
Luxury hospitality industry experience
Event production or design background
Experience managing creative teams
Multi-lingual capabilities (Spanish/English minimum)
