Job description
We are looking for a creative and Data-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist to build brand awareness of the Fast Track brand
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the wider marketing team in managing our website content, improving our digital discoverability, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have experience optimising B2B websites for search and performance, running paid campaigns, and coordinating assets across digital channels.
Your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Fast Track would include:
Website content management
Own and update content across our websites using Nuxt Studio (basic HTML knowledge required).
You’ll work closely with our Graphic Designer to keep things fresh, optimised, and on-brand.
On-page SEO & LLM discoverability
Improve how we’re found and understood, not just by humans, but by search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
You’ll optimise pages, working on things like metadata, page structure, internal linking, and entity-based SEO.
Digital campaigns
Plan and manage B2B campaigns across paid, organic, and partner channels — including Google Ads, retargeting, and LinkedIn — always aiming to drive qualified leads and build awareness.
Performance tracking
Monitor, report, and improve results using tools like GA4, SEMRush, AHrefs, and Looker Studio.
You’ll be the go-to person for digital performance insights and recommendations.
Project coordination and content distribution
Coordinate and promote webinars with internal and external speakers
Lead creation of digital banners and newsletter visuals for iGaming media placements
Coordinate video creation and animations, managing timelines and creative briefs
Build and launch landing pages to support product launches, campaigns, and events
Help produce and amplify success stories, industry reports, and partner content across channels
Job requirements
Previous experience driving lead generation, optimising customer journeys/funnels, or solution-selling in a B2B environment
Excellent command of the English language
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Analytics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with SEO and content management tools (e.g., Nuxt Studio, SEMRush)
HTML knowledge, Experience running paid digital campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting
A positive and driven team player with a learning and problem-solving mindset. Ability to present complex ideas in an engaging manner
Tech-savvy - you have the necessary technical skill and experience needed to perform the role. You are well-informed about modern technology, have a curiosity
Nice-to-haves:
Understanding of the iGaming industry and B2B sales processes.
Familiarity with Pipedrive, Hubspot CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Fusion, Autopilot, Apollo).
Additional language skills, particularly Spanish and Portuguese.
Knowledge of building KPI dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools.
