Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive B2B Executive to join our team contribute to the growth of our business and help us revolutionise the iGaming industry.
As a B2B Executive at Fast Track, you will play a pivotal role in driving Fast Track’s growth by fostering strong relationships with B2B clients and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You will act as the primary liaison for partners, delivering exceptional client experiences while identifying new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
Working closely with the Commercial, Marketing, Integration, and Support teams, you will optimise B2B processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to revenue growth by managing leads and driving conversion rates. Further developing your expertise in CRM, automation, and client engagement will be key in shaping how Fast Track strengthens its presence in the industry.
You will also represent Fast Track at key industry events Such as ICE, SBC and G2E and the like, advocating for our solutions and positioning us as a leader in CRM and automation. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build high-value partnerships, drive business expansion, and streamline internal processes to ensure long-term success.
As a B2B Executive at Fast Track, you will:
B2B Relationship Management and Client Engagement
Serve as the primary liaison for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Deliver an outstanding client experience by promptly handling inquiries, providing solutions, and proactively addressing challenges.
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners by consistently offering value and insights.
Sales and Business Growth
Drive business expansion by identifying and pursuing new B2B opportunities that align with Fast Track’s growth strategy.
Track and manage B2B leads, following up with potential partners to maximise conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, target outreach, and optimise sales pipelines.
Operational Excellence and Documentation
Own and oversee all B2B administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation and agreements.
Standardise and maintain records of client interactions, agreements, and requests for seamless internal collaboration.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that provide key stakeholders with insights into B2B performance and trends.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Integration, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and workshops to enhance B2B efficiency.
Support internal stakeholders with data and documentation that facilitate strategic decision-making.
Process Optimisation and Innovation
Continually assess and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the B2B team.
Identify opportunities for automation and enhanced CRM usage to streamline workflows.
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to keep Fast Track ahead of the curve.
Industry Engagement and Brand Representation
Represent Fast Track at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
Advocate for Fast Track’s solutions by demonstrating expertise in CRM, automation, and B2B best practices.
Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives that attract high-value partners and talent.
Job requirements
Experience in a coordinating role and able to engage, nurture, and grow B2B partnerships with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and automation systems.
Organisational Excellence: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and keep documentation up to date.
A proactive mindset with the ability to set goals and achieve measurable outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with GSuite, CRM platforms, and standard office tools.
Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while staying flexible and open to new ideas.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience for all B2B partners.
Nice to Have:
Experience with B2B event planning and partner engagement strategies.
Prior involvement in automation and workflow optimisation.
Knowledge of iGaming industry trends and CRM best practices.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and lead generation techniques.
